The Supreme Court has announced it will take up a case concerning a pro-life law in Louisiana that could result in shutting down dangerous abortion clinics that can’t properly care for the health of women getting abortions. The Louisiana law requires abortion providers to have hospital admitting privileges for patient emergencies.
