In this week's episode of Defending Faith, Family, and Freedom with Gary Bauer, senior vice president of public policy at the James Dobson Family Institute, Bauer shares his skepticism concerning the constant barrage of bigoted alarmism flowing from the mainstream media about the dangerous march of “Christian Nationalists” in America. What concerns these alarmists the most are citizens who profess love for Jesus, love their country, and believe that Almighty God had His divine hand on the founding of the nation. According to the intelligentsia, folks who hold to this view are deluded and pose a clear and present danger to democracy, and thus must not be tolerated by civil society. Bauer says the real danger to our republic is screeching neo-Marxist totalitarians who defame followers of Christ.
