Joseph Backholm, a contributor to the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute (JDFI), interviews the Hon. Michele Bachmann, dean of the Robertson School of Government at Regent University. In this video, Bachmann implores Christians to fast, repent for sin, and pray that America will return to God. Bachmann defines what America’s future would look like under a Harris-Walz administration as a nation with far less freedom and severe limits on civil liberties. On the issue of illegal immigration, Bachmann says that in the last 3.5 years, the U.S. has had up to 20 million unvetted people enter the U.S. She says, “Democrats want open borders because they need new voters who are dependent on government checks and services, like food, housing, and healthcare. But Americans who want safety, less criminality, jobs, and higher wages don’t want illegal immigration. This is the greatest Democrat voter registration scam in U.S. history, and it must stop.” Bachmann adds that illegal immigration is costing Americans over $200 billion per year. “And how do we get repaid for our generosity?" asks Bachmann. “With crime and fraud,” she says. To add insult to injury, Bachmann points to the lack of prosecution for illegals who commit crimes. “An illegal alien can assault an innocent woman in New York City and be back on the street in a few hours. But these same prosecutors will indict and jail an elderly woman who prayed in front of an abortion clinic,” says Bachmann. Under the Trump administration, Bachmann points out that America had four years of peace and prosperity. Under Biden-Harris, there is high crime, crushing inflation, and war in Europe and the Middle East.
