Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William G. Jerry Boykin serves as Family Research Councils Executive Vice President. He was one of the original members of the U.S. Armys Delta Force. Boykin spent 36 years in the army, serving his last four years as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. He is an ordained minister with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging Christians to become warriors in Gods Kingdom. Jerry and his wife Ashley enjoy spending time with their five children and growing number of grandchildren. Jeff Eckart, the founder of Claim Your Campus and director of NTS Camp, at the Gathering. Jeff was a long-time youth pastor at Kentwood Community Church in Grand Rapids, MI. Jeff earned a bachelor's and masters degrees in ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. In 2009, he founded Never The Same, a national youth ministry organization. He lives in Grand Rapids, MI with his wife and together they have 3 daughters.
