Pastor Tom Mullins

Pastor Tom Mullins is the founding pastor of Christ Fellowship Church, which he founded with his wife, Donna, in 1984. Christ Fellowship started with 40 people in their living room and has now grown into a multi-site church with over 30,000 people. Before founding Christ Fellowship, Pastor Tom was a successful football coach at both the high school and collegiate levels. He co-founded Place of Hope, a residential community for neglected and abused children in South Florida, and Place of Hope International, which establishes homes and provides care for children around the world. He is also the former president of EQUIP, an organization that trains Christians to become stronger leaders. He currently serves on their board and continues to travel and speak at EQUIP conferences. Pastor Tom also serves on the advisory board of Global Teen Challenge, a non-profit organization seeking to help young people across the globe find freedom from life-controlling addictions. Tom attended Georgetown College and earned an undergraduate and master’s degree. Then, he went to Liberty University and received his doctorate of ministry and his Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Southeastern University. He is the author of The Leadership Game, The Confidence Factor, The Everyday Devotional, and Passing the Leadership Baton. Tom and Donna have two grown children and several grandchildren.
