She shares some practical steps on how husbands and wives can get out of the downward spiral of hurt, and restore love in their relationships.

Dr. Sharon May

Dr. Sharon May is the Founder and President of Safe Haven Relationship Counseling Center. She received a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters degree in Theology from Fuller Graduate School of Theology, and is a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EMF) therapist and supervisor. Dr. May has authored two books titled, Safe Haven Marriage and How to Argue So Your Spouse Will Listen. She has served on the board for African Enterprise, The Hart Institute, and as an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University. Sharon currently lives in Carlsbad, CA with her husband Mike.
