Dr. Ben Carson, Jon and Marylois Gibson

Dr. Benjamin Carson was a professor of neurosurgery, plastic surgery, oncology, and pediatrics, and the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. He is also the author of several best-selling books, including Gifted Hands. He serves on the corporate boards of the Kellogg Company, Costco Wholesale Corp., and American's Promise, among others, and is an Emeritus Fellow of the Yale Corporation. He and his wife, Candy, are the parents of three grown sons, and live in Baltimore County, Maryland. Jon Gibson, President of the Jon Gibson Company, is a real estate developer who has developed residential and business properties, covering over 1,000 acres in eight cities over the last 35+ years. His favorite real estate development project was the relocation of Focus on the Family from Southern California to a new campus in Colorado Springs. About the only activity this former U.S. Air Force pilot loves more than flying is helping at risk youth reach their full potential. Jon and Maylois, his bride of more than 40 years, are the proud parents of two incredible children. Jon and Marylois live near Sacramento with a horse and a dog thats the size of a horse. Marylois Gibson, wife of Jon Gibson, serves alongside her husband in Romania. Their hearts have been in Romania for some time now, as they continue to serve the orphans of Romania.
