E. Ray Moore (Chaplain, Lt. Col. USAR Ret.), is a South Carolina native and graduate of The Citadel and Grace Theological Seminary. He has served for over 40 years in pastoral ministry, including 19 years of service as a Chaplain in the US Army Reserve, for which he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. Currently, Ray serves as President of Frontline Ministries, Inc. and is the Director of the Exodus Mandate Project.
