How to Know You're in Love

Dawson McAllister was an internationally recognized and gifted communicator. During his 53-year career, he spoke to millions of teenagers and young adults through television, student conferences, and radio. In January 1991, McAllister began broadcasting a live two-hour call-in program for teenagers called “Dawson McAllister Live,” which later grew to 250 stations. Dawson also founded TheHopeLine, an organization that provides emotional and spiritual triage for students and young adults in crisis. Dawson wrote numerous books and manuals, including Search for Significance, Please Don’t Tell My Parents, and How to Know If You're Really in Love. He went home to be with the Lord in 2020. Dawson is survived by his wife, Ruth, their two grown sons, and one granddaughter.
