What happens after you say, “I do” and the honeymoon is over? To some, this may seem like common sense and the answers are innate. But for many, the road ahead in marriage is fraught with tension and frustration. How do you handle the questions and problems you didn’t think of before you walked down the aisle? On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. Tim Clinton interviews Brad and Marilyn Rhoads about their book, The Grace Marriage: How the Gospel and Intentionality Transform Your Relationship. Regardless of the status of your marriage, you can learn how to deepen your relationship the way God intended it to be.

Brad and Marilyn Rhoads

Brad Rhoads co-founded Grace Marriage ministry in 2012 along with his wife, Marilyn, with a shared vision and mission to help couples build their relationships based upon the grace of Jesus. Brad earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky, David Rosenberg College of Law. He was a practicing attorney for over 20 years and became a lay pastor for married couples at his church in 2010.

Marilyn Rhoads earned her master’s degree in psychology and social work. After graduating, she served as a licensed counselor at Counseling Associates. In time she was able to balance her family/work life by committing to raise her kids as a stay-at-home mom. Together with her husband, Marilyn recently co-authored the book, The Grace Marriage: How the Gospel and Intentionality Transform Your Marriage.  She now travels, speaks publicly, and ministers to couples through “Grace Marriage,” the ministry she co-founded with Brad.
