Do you sometimes find yourself focusing too much on outward appearances? Listen in as author Kim Meeder teaches how to focus more on OTHERS and less on yourself , that's what true beauty is all about.
NOTE: In order to fit within terrestrial radio time constraints, today's broadcast was edited to allow for Dr. Dobson's response to the recent remarks made by President Obama regarding same-sex marriage. However, we are pleased to bring you this complete, unedited version of our interview with Kim Meeder online. Please click here.
Kim Meeder is the co-founder and director of Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch, an organization that rescues abused and dying horses and pairs them with children in need. Kim's first book, Hope Rising, propelled the ranch to win the national Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award and launched her extensive public/motivational speaking schedule at schools, churches, and governmental conferences across the United States.
She and her husband, Troy, have been married for twenty-five years and live in Central Oregon. The size of their family fluctuates each year with the number of horses and kids that they rescue.
