The two mental health experts break down the crisis in America known as childhood stress and anxiety. Moms and dads must recognize the warning signs of stress in their children as soon as possible, and teach them how to make time for rest and recovery. Dr. Hart explains how trauma, hostility, overstimulation, and drastic change can intensify a child's stress level.
