With past insurance and ministry designations, Joe has worked extensively in both the business and non-profit sectors. He has a Master of Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary, and has actively been involved in various family-related ministries for the past 17 years. Joe is married to Sherry, and they have five children and three grandchildren.
