Pro-Lifers in Congress Confront Biden Administration (and so Must We)

Today, 41 members of Congress sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland accusing the Biden Administration of abdicating its constitutional responsibility.

The issue is a federal law called The Comstock Act that forbids sending, by mail or courier, any item that can be used to cause an abortion. Biden's Office of Legal Policy wrote a convoluted interpretation of the law claiming that abortion pills can be sent to states, even those with pro-life laws, if the sender did not intend the recipient of the drugs to use them unlawfully. Really?

Twenty-two U.S. senators and 19 members of the House signed the letter accusing the Biden Administration of deliberately distorting the clear words of the Comstock Act in order to make it easier to abort unborn children. We applaud these legislators for taking a stand for what is right.

This outrageous move by the Biden administration is only the latest in a series of aggressive, legally questionable actions intended to increase abortions in the United States in the aftermath of the overturning of Roe v. Wade. God help our nation, and us, if we do not speak out against such evil. Please contact the White House and inform President Biden that this is a blatant attempt to circumvent the state laws that uphold the protection of unborn children, and the people of America will not stand for it.

Inspiration That Could Save America

There is always an October surprise in every election, and we may have just experienced it. More on that later. The presidential campaigns are deploying resources and crafting messages to clarify the choice before us. Former President Donald Trump spent half an hour as a McDonald’s employee, effectively turning it into “Donald’s” as he served Pennsylvania families burgers and fries. At a rally in the same state, steel workers gathered around him and gave him a hard hat, insisting that Trump saved the steel industry. Then Trump showed his support of the American people by attending an NFL game. The stadium erupted in chants of “USA! USA!”
