It's a "Mom-Led Revolution"

The National School Boards Association (NSBA) compared parents to domestic terrorists and only apologized after a nationwide outcry.

The group Moms for America said the apology isn't enough, and now it's time for a "mom-led revolution." Late in October, the advocacy group, which describes itself as "a national movement of mothers reclaiming our culture for truth, family, freedom and the Constitution," organized a protest at NSBA headquarters in Virginia.

Among other things, the group is asking mothers to "be our investigators on the ground, to help [children] know if something makes them feel uncomfortable, or they don't think it's right, to come home and let us know."

It's not surprising to see the continued backlash against public schools. As we reported last week, a recent nationwide survey conducted by Fox News found that 73 percent of registered voters were "extremely" or "very" concerned about what public schools are teaching children.

Moms for America president Kimberly Fletcher explained that her group wants "quality education…without the political indoctrination." Dr. James Dobson also has spoken about this increasing propagandizing of children, writing, "While parents think early public education is about reading, writing, math, and social studies, many boys and girls are being taught concepts that would have horrified earlier generations."

One thing is for certain. Outrage alone won't change what's happening in public schools…it's time for action!

Inspiration That Could Save America

There is always an October surprise in every election, and we may have just experienced it. More on that later. The presidential campaigns are deploying resources and crafting messages to clarify the choice before us. Former President Donald Trump spent half an hour as a McDonald’s employee, effectively turning it into “Donald’s” as he served Pennsylvania families burgers and fries. At a rally in the same state, steel workers gathered around him and gave him a hard hat, insisting that Trump saved the steel industry. Then Trump showed his support of the American people by attending an NFL game. The stadium erupted in chants of “USA! USA!”
