Religious liberty and strong families prosper in free nations. But many forces are at work to undermine liberty. Every year the global secular elites meet in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum (WEF), to map out the future of mankind. Most Americans are too busy to pay much attention to this confab of socialists, corporate titans, world government advocates, and tech mavens.
JDFI does pay attention, however. These are powerful individuals with massive assets. They could be, in a perfect world, advocates for liberty under God for all nations. Instead, they are advocates for collectivism and using the power of big government, multinational corporations, and neo-Marxist politicians to pursue molding the world into their own image.
The left-wing media outlet Axios reports that "Artificial intelligence was once again the biggest topic at the World Economic Forum." The WEF's obsession with artificial intelligence is deeply concerning. For example, there was a revealing and disturbing moment at the Davos gathering a few years ago. World Economic Forum founder and chairman, Klaus Schwab, appeared to suggest that artificial intelligence (AI) would bring us to a future where there would be no reason to hold elections! And you thought that only your job was in danger from AI.
When news of his astonishing comments hit the world press, every totalitarian leader and wannabe dictator in the world must have celebrated. This is the future the forces of darkness want. It is the exact opposite from what the free citizens of Judeo-Christian civilization desire and have been willing to die to protect.
Klaus Schwab made this assertion while having a conversation with Sergey Brin, the co-founder of Google. How appropriate! Google, today, collects massive amounts of information on individuals every time someone uses their search engine.
The two men were excited about the world they and other globalists could build using the power of AI. Schwab observed, "So technology now and digital technology, mainly have an analytical power." The next step Schwab said would be "predictive power. Then he made clear what he hopes the future holds. Observing that AI will eventually become "prescriptive," Schwab declared, "you do not even have to have elections anymore because you can already predict…and afterward, you can say, why do we need elections?"
Virtually everything that comes out of Davos is counter to the hopes and dreams that free men and women have for themselves and their children. In the last year, pro-freedom candidates have won elections in multiple nations around the world. The Davos crowd is not happy. They know their ideas are unpopular so they have a solution—banish free elections.
All the more reason, when our civil liberties and religious liberty are under attack in America by the radical secular left, for every Christian to vote while you still can to defend faith, family, and freedom.
