20 States Stand Together to Oppose Biden Administration’s LGBTQ Agenda

The Biden administration wants to mandate transgender pronoun use, allow biological males to compete in girls' athletics, and sacrifice women's privacy and safety in the name of "tolerance."

Twenty states have filed a lawsuit to stop this totalitarianism.

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia have said enough is enough. On August 30, these states filed a lawsuit in federal district court against the Department of Education (DOE) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery released a statement explaining that the lawsuit "seeks to stop the Biden Administration from enforcing new, expansive, and unlawful interpretations of federal antidiscrimination laws." He added, "This case is about two federal agencies changing law, which is Congress' exclusive prerogative. The agencies simply do not have that authority."

It's clear that the Biden administration is intent on implementing a radical agenda, whether they have the authority to do so or not. We congratulate these states for drawing a line in the sand and saying "no further!"

Is your state in this list? If not, contact the office of your attorney general and ask them to take a stand today!

Trump and The Reformation of America's Government

We do have one warning! Christians must not conclude that their work is done. The battle to save and preserve our country as “one nation under God” will continue to rage. We urge you to pray for the safety of President-elect Trump and his team. We also implore pastors and church leaders to boldly lead their flocks into the public square and stand firm for faith, family, and freedom.
